FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on minimums, timelines, formats, testing and how we work with brands.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard private label gummies and softgels start at 250 units. Custom formulations start at 1,000 units. Minimums for other formats depend on the product and packaging, so we confirm them in your quote.

How long does a typical order take?

A typical gummy order is complete in approximately 3–4 weeks. Timing depends on raw materials, potency testing, batch production, curing and coating, and packaging, and we confirm your timeline when we quote.

What formats do you manufacture?

Gummies, capsules, tablets, tinctures, softgels, stick packs and powders, functional beverages, topicals, peptides, and PhytoNano water-soluble delivery. See our capabilities page for details on each format.

Where are your products made?

Products are produced with GMP-compliant manufacturing in the USA at our facility in San Diego, California.

Do you provide COAs and testing?

Ingredients are supported by supplier Certificates of Analysis. New water-soluble ingredient batches are potency tested before production. Additional finished-product testing can be arranged; scope depends on the run size and format, and we confirm what is included in your quote.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Contact us about the format you’re considering and we’ll discuss sample options for your project.

What is the difference between private label and custom formulation?

Private label means choosing one of our proven formulas and putting your brand on it, which is the fastest and lowest-minimum way to launch. Custom formulation means we develop or adjust a formula to your specifications, such as ingredients, amounts, flavor, color or base, with a higher starting minimum.

Do you print labels?

Brands supply their own printed labels; we apply them and can help review your Supplement Facts panel. Final label and marketing claims remain the brand owner’s responsibility, and we recommend regulatory review before launch.

How does shipping work?

Finished orders ship from San Diego by ground or freight carrier, depending on size. Ship dates are set once production and packaging are complete, and we share tracking when your order leaves our facility.
