These Terms of Use govern your use of palmyranutra.com (the “Site”), operated by Palmyra Nutra. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Business use

The Site provides information about our contract and private label manufacturing services for businesses. It is not a retail store, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell any product to consumers.

Quotes and orders

Information on the Site, including formats, minimums, timelines and capabilities, is general and may change without notice. It is not a binding offer. Every project is subject to a written quote, and any order is governed by the quote, purchase order or manufacturing agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these terms.

Your responsibilities

Brand owners are responsible for their product formulas’ regulatory status, label content, Supplement Facts, structure/function statements and marketing claims, and for compliance with the laws of every market where they sell. We may assist with reviews, but final responsibility rests with the brand owner, and we recommend independent regulatory review before launch.

No health or medical advice

Content on the Site is for general business information only. It is not medical advice and has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, images, logos, video and design are owned by Palmyra Nutra or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Your formulas and brand assets remain yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or submitting false or unlawful information through its forms.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites, including our affiliated companies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmyra Nutra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
