Private Label Sublingual & Quick-Dissolve Tablets

Quick-dissolve tablets are one of the easiest formats to sell: no water, no pills to swallow, and a flavor people actually like. We make private label sublingual and fast-dissolve tablets with GMP-compliant manufacturing in the USA, from vitamin B12 and melatonin to low-dose hemp THC tablets.

What Makes a Sublingual Tablet Different

A standard tablet is pressed hard so it survives the trip to the stomach. A sublingual or quick-dissolve tablet is formulated to break down under the tongue or in the mouth in seconds, so the base, the sweetener and the flavor all matter as much as the active. That's where most of the R&D time goes: getting a tablet that holds together in the bottle and still melts fast.

Popular Formulas We Make

Vitamin B12

Methylcobalamin or cyanocobalamin, 1,000–5,000 mcg, berry or cherry. The biggest seller in quick-dissolve.

Melatonin

1, 3, 5 or 10 mg fast-dissolve, with optional L-theanine.

Energy & Focus

B12 + B6 with a low, clearly labeled dose of caffeine, or L-theanine + caffeine.

Calm

L-theanine, GABA and lemon balm in a mint or berry melt.

Daily D3 + K2

A no-pill daily melt for adults.

Low-Dose Hemp THC

Hemp-derived THC at up to 2 mg per tablet, alone or paired with CBD. Lower doses are a better fit for the tablet format and for repeat customers.

Low-Dose THC Tablets, Up to 2 mg

We cap THC tablets at 2 mg per tablet. That keeps the tablet small, the dose consistent and the product in the "take one, see how you feel" range that drives reorders. Every batch gets potency testing and a COA. Hemp rules are changing at the federal and state level, so we build every THC formula so it can be switched to a CBD version with the same base, flavor and packaging if your market needs it.

Flavors, Sweeteners and Packaging

Cherry, mixed berry, mint, citrus and custom flavors, with sugar-free sweetener options. Packaging is quoted per project: bottles, jars, tins or your own packaging (sending your own is often the best option). We never assume one format's packaging carries over to another.

Documentation Retailers Ask For

COAs on every batch, batch records, and labels that match the formula. That paperwork is what Amazon and most retail buyers ask for before they list a supplement.

Minimums

Tablet runs start at 30,000 tablets, which is 1,000 bottles of 30. Tablet pressing loses some powder on every run, so that is the smallest run that makes sense for you and for us. If you want to test the market first, ask us about a 250-unit gummy or tincture pilot with the same active.

FAQ

What is the minimum order for sublingual tablets?

30,000 tablets, which is 1,000 bottles of 30 count. Tablet runs lose some powder in pressing, so smaller runs don't work for this format.

How fast do your quick-dissolve tablets dissolve?

It depends on the formula and tablet size. We tune the base during sampling so the tablet melts quickly but still holds up in the bottle.

Can you make hemp THC sublingual tablets?

Yes, at up to 2 mg THC per tablet, alone or with CBD. Every formula is built so it can be switched to CBD if the rules in your market change.

Can you make sugar-free tablets?

Yes. We offer sugar-free sweeteners and natural flavors.

Do you publish pricing?

No. Pricing depends on the formula, dose and packaging, so every project gets its own quote.

Where are the tablets made?

GMP-compliant manufacturing in the USA, with a COA on every batch.
